2. Proprietary Smart Technology
The specific ecological control systems, including but not limited to the "5 Smart Modes" (Snake, Gecko, Frog, Lizard, Tortoise modes), integrated sensor algorithms, and the Ekulla App interface, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ekulla. Any unauthorized reverse engineering, replication of firmware, or duplication of our smart habitat control logic is strictly prohibited.
3. Design and Structure Patents
The physical design of the CP1 OmniTank, including its lightweight 7.5kg structure, the integrated lighting/heating hood, and its stackable modularity, is protected by design patents and trade dress protections. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the structural design of our enclosures without express written consent.
4. Trademarks
"Ekulla" and other marks indicated on our site are registered trademarks. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Ekulla's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Ekulla.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
By tagging @Ekulla or using our official hashtags on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit), you grant Ekulla a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
