If you are not satisfied with your Ekulla product, we offer a 30-day return policy . Please ensure that the returned item is unused and in its original packaging. If the item has been used or is not in a resalable condition, a restocking fee may apply.

- Return request made within 30 days of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Contact the Ekulla Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the order already been shipped.
